How quickly do you reply?
On weekdays (MonโFri, 8 amโ8 pm AEST) we typically reply within 2 hours. On weekends response times may be up to 24 hours. For urgent enquiries, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
Can you help me choose between PTE and IELTS?
Yes โ this is one of our most common enquiries. Generally: if you're applying for Australian PR, PTE Academic tends to be faster and more consistent. For Canada, CELPIP is accepted for all Canadian immigration pathways. Send us your visa type and we'll give you a specific recommendation.
