MockMaster.ai Pty Ltd ("MockMaster", "we", "us", "our") operates the website mockmaster.ai and the MockMaster mobile application.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students, visitors and partners. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

- To provide, personalise and improve our services including AI scoring, study plans and mock tests
- To send you study reminders, weekly progress reports and exam countdown notifications (you can opt out at any time)
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- To respond to support enquiries sent through our contact form or email
- To analyse platform usage and improve our AI models (data is anonymised before use in model training)
- To comply with legal obligations under Australian law
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI analysis of scorecard uploads (data processed under Anthropic's enterprise privacy terms)
- AWS / Google Cloud — infrastructure and data storage
- Email Delivery Partner — transactional email delivery
- OpenAI — AI analysis of scorecard uploads (data processed under Anthropic's enterprise privacy terms)
All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to MockMaster.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records, which are kept for 7 years under Australian tax law). Scorecard images uploaded for AI analysis are deleted within 24 hours of processing.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
